E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness Kids Bootcamp
If you’ve attended an E.F.F.E.C.T bootcamp, you know there is high energy and each exercise is strategically thought out by our trainers. We’re bringing this same level of work to our Kids. Join us for E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness Kids Bootcamp, where kids ages 3-18 can participate in a high intensity level fitness class with appropriate workouts for kids. Your kids can participate in house or virtually.
E.F.F.E.C.T Kids Club
Moms, Dads, Aunties & Uncles! We welcome the opportunity to provide activities for your children while you participate in your own training and or Bootcamp classes. Our staff at E.F.F.E.C.T Kids assists with homework, provide age based educational activities and light physical activity in a safe environment on the campus of E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness.
Hours of Operation Are:
10am-1pm & 4pm 8:30pm
10am-1pm & 4pm-6:30pm
College Fitness Training
A program specifically for college athletic programs. Our training staff provides alternative fitness routines to improve overall mental & physical abilities.
Mens & Women's Retreat
Strength & Conditioning with Coach Shayon Green, held every Saturday at 9am at E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness. This program provides sponsorship to those who may not afford fees for gym membership & participation.
Alphabet & E.F.F.E.C.T Kids Training
Join Shanika Alphabet as she trains our youth, ages 6-18, physically. Your children are in the capable hands of a strategic and thoughtful trainer, focusing on proper form through weightlifting, cardio and HIIT. All exercises are age appropriate and are held separately from traditional training for Adults.
