The annual race is held each year on June 19th to commemorate the Juneteenth holiday, bring awareness to benefits of prioritizing physical and mental health, and inspire our community to get active. The Metropolitan 5K welcomes all ages and fitness levels to participate.

All proceeds from The Metropolitan 5K go towards executing our impactful community programs such as Kicks for Kids and the annual Holiday Giveback for Atlanta Public Schools.
