Cause of E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness, Inc., E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness, and GCAPP Present, The Metropolitan 5k!
The annual race is held each year on June 19th to commemorate the holiday, bring awareness to physical and mental health, and inspire our community to get active! The Metro 5k is for ALL ages and we invite you to bring your entire family out to participate.Â
