The 6th Annual Metropolitan 5K returns June 19, 2026, live at E.F.F.E.C.T Fitness, and the momentum is undeniable. After earning an official commendation from the City of Atlanta and doubling attendance last year, capped by a high-energy community cookout , the Metropolitan 5K is scaling up with intention. This year, we’re going bigger, bolder, and more dynamic, blending fitness, culture, and community impact into one premier Juneteenth race experience. Experience a live barbecue cook-off with Odom's Barbecue, high-energy performances from Fabo, Young Dro, and Pastor Troy, plus a community wellness fair and festival activations from major brands and local partners.
